Features described on the website represent our product vision and roadmap. Actual functionality may differ upon launch.

When you join our waitlist, you provide your email address and optional profile information. You agree to: - Provide accurate and current information - Not register with disposable or fraudulent email addresses - Accept that waitlist registration does not guarantee access to any future product or service - Accept that we may send you periodic updates related to Protocol 47 Press

All content on the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design elements, the "Protocol 47 Press" brand, the Silence Protocol universe, character names, plot elements, and all associated literary and creative works — is the exclusive property of Protocol 47 Press and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use our content without explicit written permission.

By submitting any information through the Service (including waitlist registration), you grant P47 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such information solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Protocol 47 Press operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered waitlist members.
